Tripe soup
Instructions
Peel Garlic and onion, chop and fry them with oil in saucepan 1.
When they are golden, add 150 cl of water, nut, salt, pepper, peeled and chopped sausage, tripe, cut into strips and courgettes sprouted up, washed and cut into cubes.
Cook for 1 hour in covered container, then add the rice.
Remove the lid and cook for 15 minutes.
Transfer the soup into tureen 1 and add the Parmesan.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of boiled tripe
- 200 g of tape sausage
- Olive oil
- 1 nut
- 3 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 tablespoons of rice
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
