Pumpkin noodles soup
Instructions
Prepare a chopped onion, garlic and Bacon and let it dry for 5 minutes, soft focus, in a fairly large casserole, with lard, basting occasionally with a tablespoon of water.
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes.
Private pumpkin of Peel and seeds and divide into small cubes of the same size as those of the potatoes.

Add salt and pepper, cover with a litre and a half of water, then bring to a boil and throw pasta.

After about 15 minutes, everything will be cooked to perfection and the soup will be dense in the proper place.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese, stir and serve.

- 4 medium potatoes
- 400 g of yellow squash
