Rice soup and san pietro
Instructions
Clean and wash the fish, put it to cook along with carrot, celery, tomato, a bay leaf and a quart and a half of hot water; season with salt, a few grains of black pepper and two tablespoons of oil.
When it starts boiling calculated 8 minutes, then check out the fish and the vegetables (which scarterete all except tomatoes) and strain the broth which you will set the fire.
