Instructions

Peel and slice the leeks.

Melt the butter and Brown the leeks, then season with salt.

Bring the broth to a boil and add the fried leeks.

After about 5 minutes add rice and bring it to cooking.

Serve the soup with a generous sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
