Instructions

Put the milk in a pan, add the rice and salt and half of the butter; put the pan on the stove and cook over low heat stirring often (especially towards the end of cooking) because it will not stick to the bottom of the pan.

When the rice is cooked, add the remaining butter.

Serve immediately.
