Rice and swiss chard soup
Instructions
Clean and wash the Greens then cut it into small pieces and then boil it for 30 minutes in salted water.
Add the rice and bring it to cooking.
Meanwhile prepare a pesto with basil, garlic, 3 tablespoons oil and 30 g of Parmesan cheese.
Combine the pesto to the soup just before serving, stir and bring to the table.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of swiss chard
- 200 g of rice
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of basil
- 200 cl of water
- 30 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Coarse salt
