Aromatic rice soup
Instructions
Peel and chop garlic and onion; put them in 1 saucepan with 3 tablespoons oil and let them dry on low heat.
Then add the tomatoes and smoothies, over high heat, let them dry for a few minutes.
Then add the broth and the bouquet garni and cook for 30 minutes.
Throw rice and finish cooking.
Just before removing from heat, remove bouquet garni, adjust salt, pepper and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the chopped parsley.

- 500 g of peeled tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Chopped parsley
- 150 cl of broth
- == 1 bouquet garni
- 200 g of rice
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
