Potato and fennel soup
Instructions
Brown the sliced onions, potatoes and fennel, cut into cubes.
Add the liter of water, add salt and cook for about 20 minutes, then add the rice and cook for 15 minutes.
At the end of cooking add the butter and the parmesan and Bon appétit.

- 2 fennel small
- 1 onion
