Instructions
Peel, wash and cut into small dice potatoes, pay it in a sauce of olive oil, butter and chopped onion and continue cooking until the potatoes will have picked up a little color.
At this point add the broth (or water nut and vegetable broth), salt and pepper, and simmer until the potatoes are fulfilled.
Add the broth needed for the soup get the right density (must be creamy, like semolina soup) and a pinch of Marjoram; boil again for a few minutes and serve with toasted bread cubes.
