Corn soup
Instructions
FRY in 4 tablespoons olive oil 1 onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, crushed 2 celery sticks and 2 chopped carrots, 300 g of sliced Zucchini and 1 sprig of parsley.
Add salt, pepper and Cook Sweet flame.
To 3/4 of cooking combine hot water 100 cl and finish cooking.
Then pour in 200 g of corn flour and let it simmer for a soft mush.
Add salt and season with grated pecorino cheese.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil

- 2 carrots
- 400 g of sliced zucchini

- 100 cl of hot water
- 200 g of corn flour
