Green bean soup
Instructions
Cut into pieces, carrots and green beans.
Put the vegetables in the pot with a handful of chopped parsley and 100 cl of water, bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper.
In a skillet Brown the sliced onion and garlic in a little oil; withered when they sprinkle with flour and stir.
Pour the mixture into the soup, bring to boiling and serve.

- 400 g of green beans
- 200 g of carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 30 g of butter
- 1 handful of chopped parsley
- 40 g of flour
- Pepper
- Salt
- Little of olive oil
