Chicory soup
Instructions
Put to boil the beans with sausages or bacon.
Boil the vegetables.
When the beans are cooked, add the previously boiled vegetables.
Leave season for about half an hour.
Meanwhile, slice the loaf into thin slices, arrange them in layers in a dish, pour over the beans with vegetables, let it sit for a few minutes and then serve.
