Soup with carrots and peas
Instructions
Chop the bacon with onion and parsley.
Put the chopped in 1 saucepan with 2 tablespoons oil and 1 knob of butter, Saute over low heat for a few minutes.
Add the carrots, wash and cut into cubes, 100 cl of water, 1 pinch of salt and cook with cover for 30 minutes.
At this point add the peas drained of fluid retention and pasta.
Bring to boiling and serve the soup hot.
