Wrought soup
Instructions
Mince with the 80 g Bacon Crescent, 1/4 onion, 1 clove of garlic and a sprig of parsley and saute in 1/3 cup of olive oil for 5 minutes.
Add a tablespoon of tomato paste diluted in 1/2 glass of water, and after another 5 minutes, 1 litre abundant hot water.
When it starts boiling, lower the heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Season with salt and add 200 g of dried egg pasta and chopped.
When the pasta is cooked, serve dusted with grated pecorino cheese.

- 80 g of pork cheek
