400 g chopped baccala soaked in barbed and water; lessatelo in 1/2 liter of milk and 1/2 litre of water with a pinch of salt, 2 finely sliced onions and potatoes 2 slices.
When the cod is thoroughly cooked pass through a sieve, put all to fire and you resume boil gently.
Add salt, pepper, add half a teaspoon of Apple Cider vinegar, 1/2 cup of cream and 1 teaspoon chopped Chervil.
Serve with croutons.
