Instructions
While the broth boils, prepare the batter: crack the eggs in a bowl, whisk them well with a fork and join pan pesto, parmesan, a pinch of nutmeg.
Mix everything.
Pour the mixture into the broth all at once, cover and lift the boil, without touching the dough.
After 2 minutes of boiling, stir and serve.

- 100 cl of meat broth
- 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 4 tablespoons of parmigiano
- Nutmeg
