Barley soup (5)
Instructions
Cook barley in the broth for about 60 minutes, then add the potatoes and carrots.
Cook the mixture for 30 minutes.
When cooked, add the parsley, parmesan and olive oil.
Mix everything and serve the soup hot.

- 60 g of barley
- Nut soup
- 2 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese
