Baguettes with mortadella and cheese
Instructions
Carefully wash the salad, let it drain and dry it; wash and dry the radishes and reduce it to thin washers.
Divide half the baguette lengthwise and spalmatene the base with mayonnaise, then formed a layer of lettuce, then one of mortadella, finally one of slices of gruyere cheese.
Between a layer and the other place some string bean and radish slices, then cover with the other half of the sandwich.
Divide the baguettes into eight equal portions and serve.
If you like, you can go for a few moments the bun in the oven or steam or heat individual portions in the breakfast plate, so slightly melt the Cheese.

- 1 sandwich baguette type
- 1 bunch of salad lettuce lollo
- 150 g of mortadella
- 200 g of gruyere cheese cut into thin slices
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 50 g of boiled beans
- 5 radishes
