Soup with pumpkin
Instructions
Cut the pumpkin into cubes and lessatela.
Some mash and add the rest to the milk.
Put the milk on the fire and when boiling add the spaghetti, salt and a pinch of nutmeg.
Before serving add butter, parmesan and crushed pumpkin.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of thin spaghetti type noodles
- 30 g of butter
- 100 cl of milk
- 400 g of pumpkin
- Parmigiano
- Nutmeg
- Salt
