Instructions

Peel and cut into pieces onions, leeks, potatoes and celery heart; they add in a little oil and butter, the garlic, then add 50 cl of water and cook for 30 minutes.

Mix it all up, put the past in the saucepan, combine a ladle of broth and cream and garnish with celery leaves.
