Soup with mint
Instructions
Peel, wash and cut into pieces all vegetables.
Finely chop the Mint, taking from a few whole.
Put the vegetables and chopped Mint in a saucepan, add the cream and 1 liter and a half of water, add salt and cook a quarter of an hour.
Then pepper and fragrant with a hint of nutmeg.
When all vegetables are ready, pour the soup into a tureen and dress with butter.
Distributed on the surface of the leaves of mint soup and bring it to the table hot.
Besides you can serve the croutons fried in a little oil.
