In a saucepan heat 30 g of butter and a little oil, onion, saucepan, carrot and chopped celery.
Add the diced zucchini flowers and small (where you removed the central stalk) into strips, season 2 minutes and pour the hot broth.
Bring to a boil and cook the pastina fingering type.
Adjust salt and pepper.
Serve with grated cheese.
