Millefeuille of piave with endive and spinach
Instructions
Grate the cheese and arrange them on a non-stick pan, cool the water fund and make 3 cheese wafers.
Bake the Endive with oil, then add the raisins, pine nuts and spinach.
Make up puff pastry alternating wafers and vegetable mixture.
