Instructions
Roll out the dough thinly and cut 4 rectangles to bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Beat the egg yolks with sugar, add the marsala and cook in a Bain-Marie while stirring.
Mix the cream with cream.
Fill the rectangles of dough with the cream.
Distribute it even on the edges and then sprinkle with the almonds.
Sprinkle the surface with icing sugar.

- 120 g of sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons of dry marsala wine
- 120 g of almonds
- 150 g of whipped
- 30 g of icing sugar
