Half moons stuffed with nutella
Instructions
Knead the flour and butter into small pieces made soft and add a bit of warm water until mixture is homogenous to form a ball.
Let stand for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Roll out the pastry and cut into many diskettes.
Cannoli with ricotta mixed with a little sugar and Nutella.
Fold in two disks; seal the edges, brushing them with the yolk and passed in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
The Crescent sprinkle with icing sugar and serve warm.
