Instructions
Scrape the anchovies with a knife, clean them with a cloth and remove the bones.
Finely slice the garlic, place it in a crock with butter, to carry the table with an appropriate range, to keep the sauce warm.
When the butter is melted, add the oil and the anchovies then simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
Bring on the table with the stove and serve with chopped raw vegetables.

- 150 g of salted anchovies
- 50 g of butter
- 6 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
