Half sleeves with borraggine and mozzarella
Instructions
Saute chopped shallots and chopped borraggine strips.
Combine olives, capers, drain the pasta and mix with sauce.
Serve hot adding the mozzarella and cherry tomatoes.

- 200 g of type dough half sleeves
- 100 g of borraggine
- 1/2 shallots
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 mozzarella
- 8 olives
- 10 capers in oil
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
