Cod alla marinara
Instructions
Boil for 5 minutes at Campfire dessert cod, then place it in a baking pan and cover it with a sauce made with tomatoes, garlic and olive oil; sponverizzare with the bread crumbs, then add the black olives and basil leaves.
Put in the oven already warm for about 10 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 2 persons
- 2 servings of cod
- Peeled tomatoes
- Garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 handful of breadcrumbs
- Some of black olives
- 4 leaves of basil
