Cod with leeks
Instructions
In a saucepan melt the butter and let wither the white part of the leeks cut into rings.

In a pan heat plenty of oil, lay the slices and let them Brown for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.

The accompanying wine: Colli Berici Pinot Bianco DOC, Orvieto DOC, Taburno DOC White.
