Cod with Spinach (Merluzzo Agli Spinaci)
Instructions
Most waters washed spinach, cut the stalks and, after they are drained, heat in boiling salted water, remove from heat and drain.

Apart, cut the stem and carefully washed two bunches of acetosella and add spinach.
Take a baking dish, and put imburratela on the bottom with a layer of spinach and common mixed together, then pour over the fish cut into pieces and cover with another layer of spinach and common wood sorrel.
Sprinkle all pour over the melted butter and put the Pan in the oven by moderate heat cook for about 30 minutes.
Served hot.
If you don't like the common you can delete it and leave only spinach, seasoned with a bit of cheese.
