Cinnamon meringue
Instructions
Beat the egg whites a little at a time, then add granulated sugar mixed with powdered sugar and cinnamon, always fitting.
Place the meringue to TBS on a plate lined with parchment paper, sprinkle with the hazelnuts and cook in the oven at 100 ' for 2 hours.
