Coffee meringues
Instructions
Snow firmly mount the egg whites with the salt and add to rain, mixing icing sugar, sifted.
Place spoon the mixture over buttered and floured plate and put in the oven already warm to 100 degrees.
After 10 minutes, open the oven, turn it off and leave it ajar.
When are cold fill the meringues with whipped cream mixed with coffee powder.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 200 g of icing sugar
- 3 egg whites
- 15 cl of whipped
- Fine ground powder coffee
- 1 pinch of salt
- For the plate:
- Butter
- Flour
