Fruit meringue
Instructions
Peel the fruit and cook it with sugar, wine, spices and vanilla.
When you place it in a baking dish in syrup.
Mount Snow well soda the egg whites with the icing sugar and cover the fruit with this meringue.
Put in hot oven at 100 degrees until meringue is firm and slightly pink.
Serve the cake when cooled.

- 1500 g of seasonal fruits
- 200 g of sugar
- 240 g of icing sugar
- 6 egg whites
- 2 glasses of white wine
- 1 bit of cinnamon
- 2 cloves
- 1 sachet of vanilla
