Instructions
Peel and cut apples into wedges.
Low heat cooking in butter for 20-30 minutes until they will be soft.
Spolverizzarle with sugar and wet them with rum to taste.
Raise the flame and let it caramelize apples.
Serve warm with whipped cream.
