Meringate apples (2)
Instructions
Peel and dig to apples; close the bottom with 1 bit of Savoyard, fill them with jam mixed with raisins.
Sprinkle with the marsala, spolverizzarle with lots of sugar and boil in 1 dish in oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
Then top with meringue made with egg whites mounted to snow and icing sugar mixed and put them back in the oven at 150 degrees for 5 minutes.

- 4 apples
- 4 pieces of savoiardi biscuits
- Jam
- Pickled raisins
- 1 glass of marsala wine
- Sugar
- 1 egg whites
- 120 g of icing sugar
