Amaretto apple
Instructions
Peel whole apples and remove the cores.
Crushed amaretti, add the cognac, the softened butter and sugar.
Fill apples with this mixture and add a teaspoon of jam.
Arrange on a baking dish with the sugar water and cook for half an hour.

- 8 apples
- 200 g of amaretti biscuits
- 50 g of icing sugar
- 1/2 cup of cognac
- Butter
- Jam
