Instructions

Remove the core and cut Apple in half, polished inside with some jam and then close.

Fill the void left by the core with amaretti biscuits and raisins soaked in rum.

Sprinkle with sugar, garnish with bits of candied cherries and sprinkle with white wine.

Bake in medium oven until apples are tender.
