Instructions
Peel the potatoes and cut into slices; the same deal with the onions.
Put them in a crock, cover them with 150 cl of water or vegetable stock, season with salt and bring to a boil and simmer 30 minutes.
Rub the individual bowls with 1 clove of garlic, toasted bread meal, pour the water cooked and finish with 1 ground pepper and chopped parsley.
