Cod marinated in chili
Instructions
In a pan place the freshly seared cod fillets.
Season with the emulsified oil with Chili, with the powdered sugar and onions with herbs cut into thin slices.
Macerate for several days, then serve it with fresh peppers cut into strips.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of cod sponged
- 100 g of olive oil extra virgin
- 40 g of chili powder
- 2 tropea red onions cut into veil
- 1 bunch of fresh herbs
