Instructions
Clean and cut into 4 slices eggplant.
Let drain for 1 hour, dry them and fry them in hot oil.
Lay them in a baking dish, alternating layers with tomato sauce, parmesan cheese mixed with bread crumbs and cubes of mozzarella.
Salt.
Bake for 30 minutes, let stand and serve.
