Black cod
Instructions
Skin and bone the Cod.
Wash and cut into pieces.
Boil for 5 minutes in water.
Leave it to drain and blend.
Put it in a saucepan and pour over the cream and cook over low heat stirring until the cream will be absorbed.
Pour the oil flush stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until the cod will be creamy, cooking over low heat for about 1 hour.
Cut the bread into triangles and fry them in butter and serve them with salt cod.
