Cod with raisins
Instructions
Soak the raisins.
Brown the sliced onions in the oil, add the pieces of floured lightly salted cod and sauté on both sides, season with salt and pepper.
Combine the raisins, pine nuts, tomato sauce diluted with 1 cup of hot water and bay leaf.
Stir, season with salt and cook for 20 minutes.

- 800 g of already soaked salt cod
- 60 g of sultanas
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 30 g of pine nuts
- 250 g of onions
- Little of flour
- 1 tablespoon of concentrated tomato sauce
- 1 leaf of laurel
- Pepper
- Salt
