Cod with spinach
Instructions
Boil the spinach, squeeze dry and chop.
Sauté the garlic and chopped onion in 40 g butter, combine spinach, sprinkle with flour, then add a glass of milk and cook for 10 minutes.
Scald the cod, spinarlo and cut into pieces.
In a buttered baking-toggle a layer of spinach, one codfish and one of spinach, sprinkle with the bread crumbs and drizzle with oil.
Bake at 170 degrees for 30 minutes.

- 800 g of cod already wet
- 400 g of frozen spinach
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Milk
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 60 g of butter
- Olive oil
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
