Cod with peas
Instructions
Take a pan, cover the bottom of olive oil, put the rehydrated salt cod and cut into large chunks, chopped onion and parsley.
Cook 30-40 minutes, then add the peas, season with salt and finish cooking wetting possibly with broth or white wine.

- 600 g of cod in large pieces
- 1 chopped onion
- Abundant of parsley
- 600 g of peas
- Salt
- Broth (or white wine)
