Cod with potatoes and pine nuts
Instructions
In a Pan fry in olive oil extra virgin garlic crushed, which then shall clear away.
Add the cod pieces and soaked with wine.
Let dry and add the potatoes cut into slices or chunks.
When the potatoes are cooked, add salt if needed, and pepper.
Serve garnished the dish with pine nuts.

- 1000 g of already soaked salt cod
- 1000 g of potatoes
- 20 g of pine nuts
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Garlic
- Sage
- White wine
