Cod with potatoes in the oven
Instructions
In a buttered baking dish made of layers of peeled potatoes, sliced thinly, and flaked salt cod, alternating with pieces of margarine or oil and the chopped garlic and parsley.
Put everything in moderate oven (180 degrees) to cook for about half an hour, then levatelo and pour the bechamel sauce prepared in the meantime with the ingredients listed.
Put in oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes or until the surface is golden.
Served in the pan.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 800 g of cod soaked
- 600 g of non-starchy potatoes
- Olive oil (or margarine)
- Chopped garlic
- Chopped parsley
- For the bechamel:
- 30 g of butter (or margarine)
- 30 g of flour
- 50 cl of milk
- Salt
- Pepper
