Instructions

Scrape the carrots and cut them into small pieces.

Cook in a little water and drain when tender.

Dissolve sugar in 200 g of their cooking water.

Dip, mix in syrup and put them on the fire.

Cook, fresh focus, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until the Jam will be dense and will come off with difficulty from the ladle.

Cool, stir in the lemon juice and pour into jars.
