Instructions
Merge to leavened bread dough a few tablespoons of oil, sultanas, pine nuts and candies, add three tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt.
Mix well and form many small madasamy (panetti stretched dough similar to sandwiches) that you leave it sit for a few hours.
Put them on a baking sheet greased with oil and bake for 6-7 minutes at 250 degrees.
Unloaded, brush with sugar dissolved in very little water and put them in the oven for a few minutes.

- 500 g of leavened bread dough
- 50 g of sultanas
- 50 g of candied
- 50 g of pine nuts
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- A few tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 pinch of salt
