Cod with olives and capers
Instructions
Clean, de-boned and chop the anchovies, put them in a pan with two tablespoons of olive oil and place on the stove to low heat.
When dissolved, stir with a wooden spoon and add the chopped onion.
After a few minutes arrange pieces in the vessel drained salt cod and let it season 5 minutes per side.
Pour a glass of dry white wine, add the capers and black olives, chopped coarsely.
Adjust salt if necessary.
Let simmer the cod in this sauce for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally and serve immediately.

- 800 g of cod
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 100 g of black olives
- 2 anchovies
- Capers
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
