The raw marinade
Instructions
Doses to marinate beef 1000 g.
Clean, wash and cut into small pieces, celery, carrots and onions, when done in a bowl with bay leaf, cloves, juniper berries and pepper.
Formed with half of the ingredients a bed on a large, round bowl, and lay the meat from marinade.
Cover with the other half of the aromatic compound.
Add salt and pour over the dry white wine.
Stored in a cool, but not cold, for at least 24 hours, turning meat occasionally.
Ingredients and dosing for 8 persons
- 250 g of onions
- 200 g of celery
- 150 g of carrots
- 3 leaves of laurel
- 3 cloves
- 3 berries juniper
- 1 bottle of dry white wine
- 10 grains of black pepper
- Little of salt
